Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors?
by: FAQs in: Washington, DC
Only David Hakamaki, your professionally trained (NY Institute of Photography) photographer shoots our weddings. No subcontracting....ever.
I have a back up photographer, if I should become sick or can not make the appointment. I do all the wedding photos.
I am your personal photographer and on larger weddings I hire a second professional photographer, typically a woman to work with the bride and brides maids.

Depends on who you book. Usually Scott and Cathy Ann, the owners of the business.

Myself and my mother/business partner are the only employees of Picture That! Photography. We both take pictures, however I am the main photographer.
I am the main photographer. I also have 4 backup photographers, equally skilled and available for coverage in an emergency.
Myself, Mike Hansard or my busniss partner, Rodger Wisdom or both us at the same time.

Unless the contract is for two photographers, I will be the photographer. I do not subcontract out weddings, and would only do so if I were too ill to shoot - this has never happened.

We do not use sub-contractors. I am the only person who photographs at our weddings.
