I have at least one assistant with me on the wedding day. The assistant(s) is included in your wedding day package.

As needed, I will employ additional parties to handle details of the day. The pricing for these is based on the services needed.
I often hire an assistant or two when needed. My staff are $100 - $200 each, for the day. The hiring of assistants varies depending on the amount of set-up and break down that needs to take place.
Generally, I have my own staff so there is no need to employ others. If additional staff is needed, I inform the client upon completion of the initial consultation and that fee is built into my price quote at that time.
I employ trusted assistants when necessary, and pricing is adjusted on an individual basis to ensure that you are not over-charged for staff you don't need.
I usually have an additional 2 assistants depending on the size of the event. Additional staff fees are included in Planned Perfect Wedding & Events fees, except for vendor meals, they would need to be included in addition.
As an Officiant I am on my own, but with back ups. As a planner depends on how much I need to do I have 1 other close friend that will help me.

I do employ assistants on a per diem basis. Depending on the services you choose, they may be included in the price, not as an extra fee. If they are not, you only pay what I pay them. I do not make extra money off of the price of an assistant.

Additional Assistant "Day of Wedding" Coordinators are required for large weddings Over 200 guests and some select locations and will be billed at $125.00 for each additional assistant needed.
As of right now, I do not employ others to help plan events, I might have someone assist me the day-of the event, but is included in my fees.

Additional staff is already calculated into the total planning fee based on the amount of guests and the services we are providing. Each event we do has a minimum of 2 planners and that is for up to 150 guests. If you will be having over 150 guests additional staff is a flat $100 fee.
