• Biography I began studying as a child under a University harp professor.  I attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas on a harp Scholarship, and graduated with a degree in Harp Performance in 1983.  I have 35 years of professional experience performing on the harp, most of those years performing on the harp on a full-time basis (which is a rarity, even among pro harpists).  I have held widely-varied harpist positions, from nightly entertainment in clubs, hotels and restaurants to being the Principal Harpist for a Symphony Orchestra, long-term, in a large city.  I have performed across the U.S., in Central America, Canada, Europe and Asia. I am a permanent resident of St. Louis, Missouri. I play literally all types of music.  I will take my harp anywhere to play for events....from very casual affairs (including playing outdoors) to very formal settings. Weddings are my specialty.  I take pride in my ability to do whatever it takes to make the bride's vision for her wedding day a reality.

All-Region Orchestra Principal Harpist in High School, Mu Phi Epsilon Music Academic Honor Society in college, Gold Centennial Pin Award given by Missouri State University to the top ten percent of graduates in Education in 2005, the centennial year of the University (my certification was in Music Education, with specialization in teaching Strings), appointed Principal Harpist for a Symphony Orchestra in a large city in Texas
