  • Can your DJ MC our event? Can you provide a microphone? I'm as active or as passive as you like - again, no one came to see me - but I'm there to ensure a smooth flow of events..

  • How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? First come - first served - If the date is open - I'm yours..

  • How early do you typically arrive before an event? I arrive one hour (or more) ahead of time - on my own time - NO travel fee or set up in the greater Nashville Metro.

  • We want to meet and talk to the DJ that will be at our wedding reception, is that a problem? No - I'm the guy.

  • What type of equipment do you use? What special feature (lighting, etc) can you provide? I ofter a small lighting package and use only top quality DJ equipment - from CD players to amp to speakers..

  • What is your event cancellation policy? Cancel 3 months prior to the event - I keep the deposit - cancel with less than 3 months notice - the full balance is due..

  • What are your standard payment terms? $200 deposit - balance due 14 days prior..

  • What happens prior to the wedding? When do you need our song list? We'll sit down and met and talk about songs, event flow etc. from our meeting I'll type up a flow chart and we'll tweak from there - right up to the day of..

  • Do we need to provide a meal for the DJ during the event? If you wish - but it's certainly not required - or expected..

  • Can guests make song requests? How many (and what types) of CDs will the DJ bring to the event? Yes - your guests can requests song - but they want something you don't want - I won't play it. Over 2,000 CDs are brought to each event - a collection I've been working on since 1988..

  • Do you bring backup equipment to the event? Do you have backup djs in case of sickness? Yes - Back up amp, CD players etc. In 20 plus years I have NEVER missed a gig - but I do network with other very qualified DJs in the TWESA organization in the event of an emergency..

  • How many weddings do you perform each year? I do about 50-60 events a year - 90% are weddings..

  • What makes you different from other local disc jockeys? Why should someone hire you? One of my strengths is attention to detail. My motto is "No one came to see the DJ" - I want to know what you want - and what you don't want! You have as much input on music selection and event flow as you like..

  • How many DJs do you have on staff? What is your qualification for hiring DJs If you like me - I'm your DJ - I don't sub out to other less experienced DJs - My 20 plus years of experience is all yours..

  • What standard attire will the DJ wear to my function? May I request that the DJ wear a tuxedo? It's a tux every time, unless other wise requested..

  • Do you disc jockeys take any breaks or pauses from playing music? No breaks - the music flows non-stop - One of the many benefits of a DJ over a band..
