• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? Reserve at least 5 months ahead! September and October beach brides are already booking..

• Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? Rebecca Benson and Erin McCusker, no subcontractors unless double booking or small wedding. One photographer will be present for small weddings with the same perks..

• What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? 1/4 price at booking, cash or check..

• What is your event cancellation policy? 2 months ahead of time, 1/4 deposit required at booking, deposit will be kept if cancelled after that..

• What is included in your basic wedding packages? 5 hours service 1500 prints or more 2 photographers 1 11x14 2 8x10 4 5x7 Uncopywrited CD of event You choose photos you like we edit, and add our own to it. Coffee Table books are extra... We have a varitey of them, ranging in price..

• Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line? All proofs are posted online, pictage.com, and also I put up a slide show of your wedding on my website. www.wilsonandbensonphotography.com.

• Will you be taking digital photographs? Is there an extra charge for this service? All digital all the time..

• What new ideas have you implemented in the last couple years? Are you current with latest trends? Very current, if you see something you like and we don't show it to you on our web site then tell us about it and we will do it..

• What kind of equipment will you bring with you? Do you bring backup equipment? lighting? 3 cameras, flashes, battery packs, no extra lighting..

• Can I keep the negatives? the proofs? Is there an extra charge for this service? How much? YES! No extra charge it is included in the package. Unless you want the edits, then it is a $450 fee... We copywrite the editing we put into them, sometimes the prints are so beautiful they are works of art and they are the ones we copywrite..

• Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help coordinate portraits? 2 people all the time....

• Can we request both that both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding? YOu get both, it is included in every package..

• How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel charge? I travel 15 miles, after that it is a $75 fee each way, $150 for travel basically..

• How would you describe your photographic style? What does this mean? We photograph in every style, traditional wedding photos, Posed, unposed, photojournalistic, artful. Whatever we think you would like and what you like is photographed then you choose what you like and we edit!.

• How many pictures do you take? Can I provide a list of posed photos for you to take? I take as many as I can, and I require a list! You get what you want!.

• How many weddings have you photographed? I have photographed 8 weddings and over 100 portrait sittings at the beach and other events!.

• How quickly will I receive my prints? It takes about 4-6 weeks for prints unless you print them out yourself..

• What makes you different from other local photographers? Why should someone hire you? I am different because I am affordable and include 2 photographers in my packages. I offer uncopywritten originals to the bride to print as she pleases, online proof books, coffee table books, and soft back proof books printed like a magazine. YOu should hire me because I am laid back and give you what you want. I don't tell you what you should have, I am affordable and not pushy. My business provides all the beautiful art prints, canvas prints and we are members of pictage where you can order all kinds of extra stuff....
