• How long after the ceremony do you file for the official marriage license? 24-48 business hours.

• How long does the ceremony usually last? 20-30 mins unless we have created a longer program..

• What are your standard payment terms? 50% up front unless it is an elope ceremony. Balance due before ceremony..

• Do you normally attend the reception? Not always. It depends on if I am invited and if I am free.

• Do you have a back up officiant on call, in case of an emergency? Yes.

• Will you allow us to write our own vows? Yes.

• Can we read or hear your ceremony before our wedding day? Yes.

• In which states and communities are you licensed to officiate ceremonies? MD, VA and PA.

• What are your standard payment terms? 50% upfront and balance 10 days before event (if there is this time frame). If we are working in a shorter time frame we will work out a suitable final payment. Deposit of 50% is always due at contract signing. HOURLY Rate is due in full when contracted..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? I really do not have one. I have not had to have one..

• What is your event cancellation policy? Deposit is non refunded. If you need to change the date for what ever reason I will work with you to move your date. My contract will also detail out this more. .

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? If the date is open you can book it. Does not matter when you do this. 1 year, 6 months or two days before....

• What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? You should hire a perfessional you can get along with. Your personality should match. • When developing our wedding/event budget, how do you personalize this experience to our needs? We will sit down and make one big list of your wants and needs then we will divide the list up in wants and needs list. For this we create a budget. • Are you present at all vendor meetings? Do you pay the vendor fees and we pay you one lump sum? I am present to the meeting you need me to be. I will assit you with paying the vendors. I do not like collecting one lump fee from you because this is when kick backs or deep discounting may accure between me and the vendors and I do not do that!.

• What if you become ill or cannot come to the wedding? Who will stand in for you? My assistants who I bring in for the larger weddings. They to are wedding planners or coordinators and will follow out the instructions and visions of the client and myself. • Do you employ other people to help you plan events? How much extra for additional staff? I do bring in others when we have hit busy season OR if the weddings are 150+ people for attendance..

• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals? Did you get referral fees? I can offer names and numbers of fellow wedding professionals. It is up to the couple to make the final selection. I do not get any kick backs from them and if I was offered I would pass this off to my client as a credit! .
