• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? We have clients that reserve us 2 years in advance, and some others that come to us 1 month before the wedding. Therefore, there is not a set time to reserve us..

• What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? Passion. Event planning is my passion, I'm not a vendor that is in this busniess for the money. I really love what I do. We go the extra mile to assure that your dream day is as you want it..

• Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? Our packages are a flat rate. For day of coordination we charge hourly..

• Can you assist with travel plans for out of town guests? Our honeymoon plans? Yes.

• Do you charge for an initial meeting? If so, is this amount credited should we hire you? No..

• How many hours are you on site the day of the wedding/event? Usually atleast 10. We are usually there from start until finish. Unless you choose a package that you would only want us for less hours. .

• Are you present at all vendor meetings? Do you pay the vendor fees and we pay you one lump sum? Both of these questions would depend on the package that you choose. Every couple is different, so we are flexible based on your needs..

• What is the largest wedding or event you’ve managed? 300people.

• What if you become ill or cannot come to the wedding? Who will stand in for you? We usually have 2 planners at every wedding. therefore if something happened to one planner, the second planner will be there to take over. .

• Do you employ other people to help you plan events? How much extra for additional staff? We have assistant planners that will assist at events. We don't charge anything extra for them, this is all included in your package. .

• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals? Did you get referral fees? I do not accept referral fees. All of the vendors on my list will be recommended to you baised on your budget and your needs..

• How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide? We provide Full planning, Partial planning, Day of Coordination, Budget planning. All of our packages are customizable to fit your needs..
