• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? There is no time limit. I have booked weddings a week before..

• Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? Myself another professional photographer. I do not use subcontractors..

• What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? The retainer is one half the amount of the package. The other half is due on or before the wedding date..

• What is your event cancellation policy? I require a retainer of half the amount to hold the date. I refund the retainer if I can book that date with another wedding..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? I have never had a customer complain about anything..

• What is included in your basic wedding packages? Two photographers, high resolution images on DVD, hard cover storybook album and assurance that I have the experience and creativity to get great images..

• Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line? I post the images online and anyone can order prints..

• Will you be taking digital photographs? Is there an extra charge for this service? I shoot only digital..

• What new ideas have you implemented in the last couple years? Are you current with latest trends? I study photography everyday, looking at trends in the Wedding, Fashion and Commercial styles. I combine these latest rends with my personal style. I attend professional seminars and classes many times a year to learn what works..

• What kind of equipment will you bring with you? Do you bring backup equipment? lighting? I allow you to have all the edited images in high resolution. You can print them as often and as large as you like..

• Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help coordinate portraits? I always work with another female professional photographer. They can stay with the bride while they get ready and get the images I cannot. They help with coordinating group photos, but they mostly shoot. Having another photographer allows us to see the story from two perspectives..

• Can we request both that both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding? I shoot both, looking for those moments that look best in B&W..

• How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel charge? I am willing to travel anywhere. There are travel charges for anything further than sixty miles from my studio..

• How would you describe your photographic style? What does this mean? I look for the elements of the story. I create a documentary of the day..

• How many pictures do you take? Can I provide a list of posed photos for you to take? I usually take about 2500 images during a six hour time period. You can provide a list and I will probably get everything you wanted and more without the list..

• How many weddings have you photographed? I have photographed about 100 weddings since 1996..

• How quickly will I receive my prints? You will receive your album and DVD's in about six weeks.
