What are your standard payment terms? Depends on each brides financial situation..
What is your event cancellation policy? In case of cancellation there is a non-refundable 50% 6 months before the wedding and 75% 3 months before the wedding and unfortunately if cancelled with in the same month of the wedding it is 100% as all the work by that time has been done..
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? Depending on the services requested, I prefer at least 3 months in advance. If a bride is in need right before her wedding I am willing to do offer my services if available on that day..
What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? I am different because I am tri-lingual, multicultural and have traveled extensively to help me with different ideas to make your event simply perfect. I undestand the brides every need and I am very detail oriented. I believe I understand the needs of our modern working brides, and I want to make their wedding the most stress-free wonderful day of their lives..
Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? i have several packages and can be discussed with-in the first meeting..
Can you assist with travel plans for out of town guests? Our honeymoon plans? I can assist you with out of town travel plans, hotel accomadation, airport pick-up etc... I can also help you with the honeymoon plans..
Do you charge for an initial meeting? If so, is this amount credited should we hire you? No, I do not charge for the initial meeting..
How many hours are you on site the day of the wedding/event? I will be at the site throught all of the set-up and till the end of the event..
When developing our wedding/event budget, how do you personalize this experience to our needs? When developing you wedding budget I will sit down and plan every detail of what things are most important for your special day. I will make sure that both of you are happy and comfortable with the budget..
Are you present at all vendor meetings? Do you pay the vendor fees and we pay you one lump sum? I will be present to vendor meetings if requested by the bride and also depending on the package received. I can pay the vendor fees and then get a lump sum,however, I prefer that the bride and groom take care of this monthly as so the lump sum not be to high. .
What is the largest wedding or event you’ve managed? The largest wedding I have managed is for 550 people..
What if you become ill or cannot come to the wedding? Who will stand in for you? I will make every effort to be there in case of an illness, however, there will be another qualified coordinator to stand in. .
Do you employ other people to help you plan events? How much extra for additional staff? Depending on the size of your wedding depends on how many people are needed and will be factored in to the final cost..
Do you recommend specific wedding professionals? Did you get referral fees? I like to suggest wedding professionals, but it is up to the bride to decide if she wants to use our suggestions or not. I do not get referal fees as it un-orthodox to do so. .
How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide? I will provide absolutely anything requested of us with-in reason. I provide day of wedding coordinating, few weeks prior to wedding services and full wedding coordinating starting from the beginning..
