• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? As soon as you decide who you like, you should put your deposit down. Your deposit hold your professional.

• Can your DJ MC our event? Can you provide a microphone? Yes and Yes.

• What type of equipment do you use? What special feature (lighting, etc) can you provide? Every DJ has their own equipment and if they need something, we have plenty of equipment as well..

• What are your standard payment terms? The deposit on photo services is $150 and your balance is not due until 2 weeks before your wedding. You are more then welcome to make payment but it is not required..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? Once you give your deposit, you have 7 days to cancel and you will get your deposit back. If you booked more then one service, your deposits can be transferred prior to 6 months from your wedding..

• What is your event cancellation policy? Deposits are not refundable but we do hold your deposit for a year from your cancellation date. If you have another event coming up, you can use your deposit towards that event..

• We want to meet and talk to the DJ that will be at our wedding reception, is that a problem? Your DJ will cal, you Monday or Tuesday, the week of your wedding.

• How early do you typically arrive before an event? 45 mins to an hour.

• Do we need to provide a meal for the DJ during the event? Offering food to your professionals is very much appreciated. They are there, on average, anywhere from 6-7 hours total(with set up and break down) .

• Can guests make song requests? How many (and what types) of CDs will the DJ bring to the event? Yes. Our DJ's bring their whole collection of music, which is usually very large. if it is on the radio or in print, they either have it already or can get it..

• Do you bring backup equipment to the event? Do you have backup djs in case of sickness? They have some back up equipment and we have back up professionals as well..

• How many weddings do you perform each year? On average, our DJ's do 50-75 weddings a year.

• How many DJs do you have on staff? What is your qualification for hiring DJs Depending on the state your wedding is taking place, anywhere from 5-30. Most of our DJ's have previous experience but we have additional training and always send new DJ's to events with a seasoned DJ until they can prove that they can handle a wedding on their own..

• What standard attire will the DJ wear to my function? May I request that the DJ wear a tuxedo? Our DJ's wear a tuxedo unless you specify different..

• Do you disc jockeys take any breaks or pauses from playing music? The music will not stop! .

• Will I get the master tape? How many copies come with the package? All of our video packages include either 1 or 2 copies of your dvd. You can get additional copies for $10 or you have full rights to your dvd so you can make copies your self. You can also get the original footage on mini dv for $50 or on dvd for $35.

• Who exactly will be shooting my video? Do you use subcontractors? The videographer best suited for your wedding, someone from your area, who is familiar with your location and has the proper equipment for the package that you purchase. They all work for The Pros..

• Is editing included in the standard package? If extra, how much is the cost? We have 1 video package that does not include any editing and 3 video packages that do include editing..

• Will you attend the rehearsal? the rehearsal dinner? There is no need to have them there but if you want them there, we offer a 2 hour or a 4 hours package..
