• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? We typically book from 1 month to 1 1/2 years in advance. We require a signed contract, deposit, and completed program of repertoire choices 2 weeks in advance of the event..

• What are your standard payment terms? We require a 30% deposit at the signing of our contract. The balance is to be paid on the day of performance..

• What is your event cancellation policy? We require a 30% deposit to book an event. This will not be refunded in the case of the event being cancelled by our customer. We do not cancel events except for situations of catasrophic proportions (like life or death)..

• Do you take breaks during the reception? How often? Is recorded music playing during the break? We do not take breaks until we have finished our performance for the day..

• Do you bring backup equipment to the wedding? Do you have backup musicians in case of sickness? No and no. Our equipment is very durable and reliable. We perform through sickness..

• Can you perform at an outdoor wedding reception? Yes, depending on the weather. We are available for outdoor weddings, but we will not put our equipment at risk in poor weather conditions. We require a power source for outdoor weddings..

• Can you take last-minute requests from our guests? No. We may be persuaded only if the request is on our repertoire list already..

• How far are you willing to travel? How much is the travel charge? We will travel up to 25 miles outside Wilmington, DE city limits. Beyond this, we charge $0.50 plus tolls per each additional mile over 25 miles. .
