Those last minute wedding details can be very STRESSFUL. (Valerie knows this from experience.) And when the body endures 'distress', the body holds certain characteristics. Characteristics such as increased blood circulation and heart rate, dilated eyes, slower (or stopped) digestion and increased breathing. Often times, the stress of planning a wedding can lead to 'distress' in the body. The benefits of massage, (decreasing blood pressure, increasing immunity, increasing mobility, and promotion of calm creative thinking) can help prevent the body from going from stress to distress. This can help relieve the tension in the body, while rejuvenating the mind for clearer thinking in those tough spots where creativity prevails before the wedding.
