What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? I have coordinated and designed hundreds of high-end weddings and events of all denominations in the L.A. area. I use, and recommend only the most reputable vendors. I am a well-recognized area Event Decorator and Designer so I have a better sense of how to spend your dollars and cents wisely. For Mid-level and Full-service planning I include a custom "To-Do" list with dates and deadlines for the bride to guide her through the entire planning process. My demeanor is calming yet direct..
How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide? I customize coordination to the needs of each bride. Every aspect of the bride's planning can be tailored for coordination if she so wishes. All coordination services include Etiquette advisement, on-call answers to your questions one month prior to your wedding, recommendation of all vendors and services, composure of ceremony processional, orchestration of wedding rehearsal and organization of wedding party, sending the bridal party down the aisle/coordinate musicians/vocalists at your wedding, distribution of personal flowers, tailoring reception floor plan/room layout, composing and distribute timeline/floorplan to vendors/providers, timeline logistics and timeline review, coordinate with all vendors prior to, and throughout event, attending to guests needing special assistance at the wedding, grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toast, etc, assisting the bride as needed on her wedding day, potential overtime review of vendors, and to oversee/manager all situations that may arise before and during the wedding ceremony and reception..
What are your standard payment terms? Initial deposit is normally $500. Final payment is normally due one month prior to the event. I accept cash and checks. Credit cards are accepted by paypal for inital deposit only..
