  • What is the max. capasity for the ballroom? How much would it cost for about 500 people? The ballroom is 2,100 square feet and can hold up to 200 people without a dance floor. With a dance floor you loose around 50 seats but we do have a second dance floor that can be used if the client wants to seat everyone in the ballroom for a seated served dinner. We also have other rooms with tables and chairs for larger groups to spread out to..

  • What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? We ask for a 1/2 deposit on the estimated amount of guest. A client can change that count one week before the function and does not have to round up. If the client wishes they may send payments over the months before the function..

  • What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? If a client cancells within 24 hours of signing the contract their deposit will be refunded. After that 24 hours we have a no refund policy but are willing to apply the deposit to another date if something comes up..

  • Where may guests park? Are there extra fees for parking? Do you offer valet parking? We offer 2 parking lots of our own, plus we're right next to city hall which is not open in the evenings or weekends and a large school across the street. Both allow our clients to use their parking..
