• What makes you different from other local photographers? Why should someone hire you? Hiring a photographer, especially for one of the most important events in your life, can be a difficult decision. We're honored each and every time someone invites us into their life, and we realize that the idea of spending your special day with a stranger can be both frightening and nerve wracking. At Reflections of the Heart, we take special care to get to know you before your wedding so you'll feel supported and relaxed on the day of your event. • How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? It is best to book your wedding well in advance, however, we will accept a booking at any time if we have the date available..

• Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? Debi McFerren, owner of Reflections of the Heart will be present to shoot every wedding. A second photographer and other assistants will be chosen based on the specifics of your wedding..

• What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? We require 50% with the save the date or engagement session, the remaining 50% is due by the wedding date..

• What is your event cancellation policy? Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the wedding. Save the date and engagement sessions are billed at our hourly rate..
