  • How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? We currently have bookings that extend out to a year and a half! We also currently have open dates here and there. Clearly, the sooner you book the better but it never hurts to give us a call..

  • Will you attend the rehearsal? the rehearsal dinner? Normally, no. Sometimes we are booked on another engagement when you have these events. We do investigate each venue prior to your wedding day to make sure we are prepared. we are open to communication with you from the day that you sign on with us until your wedding day..

  • What is your event cancellation policy? Upon signature, Videographer reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason all deposits are not refundable-even if the wedding is cancelled with an exception for emergencies: Emergencies such as serious injuries, serious illness or death to the signing parties to this agreement or their immediate families will cause this agreement to be null and void. Videographer will return any deposits made and will not charge for time or material expenses incurred while preparing for the shoot. Client(s) as well as Videographer must produce documentation in writing showing cause stating reason, relationship and have an excuse signed by an attending physician, charge nurse or funeral director. For the purpose of this agreement immediate family will consist of parents, stepparents, brothers, sisters, spouses, children, stepchildren, grandchildren and grandparents, as well as myself and the bride or groom. Either party may invoke this clause up to five days prior to the wedding and extending to such a time that the wedding would have been concluded..

  • What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? We have never had a customer who has been dissatisfied with our services.   • What are your standard payment terms? 15% to book, 20% at the 1 year mark, 20% at the 6 month mark, 15% at the 1 month mark, and 30% when your video is ready..
