How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? from 1 year to 6 months .
What is your event cancellation policy? Once contract has been sign you have 5 days to change your mind and receive 20% of your deposit back.
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? if customer is not satisfied you will get back 50% my total cost .
What are your standard payment terms? Cash, checks, visa, mastercard .
When developing our wedding/event budget, how do you personalize this experience to our needs? I make sure that you do not go over your budget and it is my job if you are going over to set up a meeting to see where you are going over budgeting and see where we can cut the cost .
