• What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? We believe each bride deserves our undivided attention. Therefore, we never book more than one wedding in a single weekend. It is our goal to exceed your expectations so you can relax and have fun from start to finish. .

• Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? Our fees vary based on your exact needs. For our "Full" or "Day of" service we charge a competitively priced flat fee based upon the complexity of your wedding and the services you wish for us to provide, so you'll have the complete cost upfront. No surprises! Or, if only a few services are needed, we may charge per hour. .

• How many hours are you on site the day of the wedding/event? We are on site beginning one hour before the start of your event, up to an additional seven hours..

• Are you present at all vendor meetings? Do you pay the vendor fees and we pay you one lump sum? We will attend all vendor meetings, if you wish. However, we will not accept responsibility for making payments to the vendors on your behalf. Clients should make payments directly to the vendors..

• Do you charge for an initial meeting? If so, is this amount credited should we hire you? We offer a complimentary consultation for us to meet face to face, to discuss exactly the type of wedding you want, how you envision your wedding to look, and how we can help make it the celebration you've always dreamed of. .
