Event catering and concessions featuring Sno Biz shaved ice, fresh squeezed lemonade, funnel cakes and more. Also traditional catering services for parties and other gatherings with home-cooked comfort foods. At Sno Biz -N- Stuff, we started with a retail store, located in Greeneville Tennessee, and expanded to provide catering for parties and events, and the operation of concessions for sports teams, fairs, and craft shows. We can provide Sno Biz shaved ice treats, fresh squeezed lemonade, soft serve ice cream, hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, funnel cakes, deep fried oreos, hot fudge cakes, strawberry shortcakes and more! We have several concessions buggies, so we can bring as much, or as little, as you need. We can also operate from an existing concession stand.

Since we have the store, we can get the best ingredients, keep plenty of inventory, and rotate it so it's all fresh. You get the best of both worlds. We show up with everything you need, and do all the work. You have the nationally franchised concessions you want to make your event really take off, and you don't have to hassle with providing it. You don't have to figure out how many lemons or buns or whatever you need, and you're not stuck with the excess. Anything left over, we simply take back to the store, or use at another event..
