What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? $250 deposit to reserve your date followed by 50% of your invoice total with the balance due two weeks prior to your event date..
Do you carry liability insurance? We have all the required insurance and your room rental includes insurance for your particualr event. Your Sales Representative can provide you more details..
Where may guests park? Are there extra fees for parking? Do you offer valet parking? Parking is more than ample here and there is no fee. If you would like to arrange valet parking, please speak with your Sales Representative for more details..
Are there any restrictions as to the type of decorations or how they can be put up? Transform the space with all the decorations you want, we just ask you not to attache anything to the painted wall surfaces. We ask you to please use the corked wall areas if you need to hang things up..
How many hours can we use the facility? What is the hourly charge for additional hours Since we rent out the room based on an hourly fee, you can rent it for as long as you want. Each reservation includes one free hour for decorating too..
