• What new ideas have you implemented in the last couple years? Are you current with latest trends? We are always trying to improve and catch on to the new trends.... while also holding on to the great classics! Our latest "up to date" implementations are our albums..... They are beautiful, flush mount, custom designed and included in our packages!!! We also love the new digital technology that gives us lots of cool ways to edit/design and play with the images; like our "Drop in Color" and "Motion/Blur" effects..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? I do not really understand this question?? We want you to be happy and will do what it takes to keep you that way..

• What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? Your deposit is determined by the cost of your package. Our payment terms are as followings: 1/3 of package cost down to hold your date, 1/3 the week of the wedding and 1/3 when your images are ready to be uploaded to your online viewing gallery (approx. 2-4 weeks following the wedding). .

• Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line? You will have an Online Viewing Gallery that is password protected. Your images will be posted online within 2-4 weeks following your wedding. You can give your guests your gallery and password information and they can view and order prints on-line. The orders can be picked-up by the individual or shipped directly to them..

• What is your event cancellation policy? 1/3 of your package price is needed down to hold our services for your wedding date. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your wedding date with us. However, if you need to transfer to a new date, all monies are transferred if 30 plus days notice is given. .
