• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? We can happily say, that we have not had any cancellations. However, clients who cancel within 10 days of signing the contract, will receive their money back with the exception of the $200 booking fee..

• What are your standard payment terms? 50% due at the signing of the contract with the remainder due 10 days prior to the wedding. However, payment plans can be set-up and you may also pay in full..

• What is your event cancellation policy? Either party may terminate this agreement, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice thirty days prior to the termination. The coordinator shall cease all work pertaining to the agreed services on the termination date and shall not incur further expenses in connection with the services. The client shall pay for all services rendered including a non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $200 up to the termination date. All deposits made up to that point will be prorated based on an hourly rate of $50 per hour..

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? Depending on the scope of your wedding and the services you desire, we ask that you contact us as soon as you set the date and have an idea of what your wedding budget is going to be, as we do book up quickly. For a full service package, most wedding planners are hired a year in advance. .
