Our in-house graphic design ensures a higher level of creativity for your event as well as establishes flow of theme from save-the-dates through menus and thank you notes.

Questions & Answers
What are your standard payment terms? One third is paid upon signing of the contract, one third is paid 2 weeks prior to the event, and the remaining third is paid at the halfway point.. .
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? Details has a 100% Customer Satisfaction rating. If you are truly unsatisfied with our services leading up to your event, then by all means fire us. We've never had anyone fire us. But, interestingly, we had one corporate client that offered us twice the pay to come back the following year and plan their national sales meeting. That should tell you something!. .
What is your event cancellation policy? No fees paid to that date are returned.. .
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? A year is best and we recommend utilizing our full service package. We say this not because we make more money, but because the earlier we are contracted (before suppliers are booked), the more we can save the brides and thereby offset (or cover)our fees.. .
What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? Service. Creativity. Experience. Our service is outstanding. I've had mothers say, "I thank God for you everyday"! And brides say, "Thank you so much, I needed that". Pep talks are free! With a graphic artist on staff, we offer an extremely high level of creativity for your event and love to push ourselves to the next level. Many wedding planners have limited experience. For instance, just weddings, at the same venues, over and over again. We've done events all over the United States and Mexico which means we are always coming up with new solutions for new spaces. We've also negotiated contracts with many types of vendors in various locations and are not just picking up the phone calling the old stand-bys. Our staff has experience in graphic design, hotel group sales, and corporate event management.. .
