Questions & Answers
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? As with most event services, the earlier the better, but if you decide the day before, and we're available, we'll shoot!.
What are your standard payment terms? Contracted services are made in two installments, one-half of the contracted amount is due at contract signing, and the balance due on notice of completion of the video. A separate, non-refundable booking deposit of $100.00 is required for all videography. We can even develop a payment plan to fit your budget..
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? We provide professional services and quality control checks to ensure you'll be completely satisfied with your project. If we cancel -- aside from natural occurances, all monies are refundable..
What is your event cancellation policy? You may cancel at any time up until the day prior. Only the booking fee is non refundable..
Will you attend the rehearsal? the rehearsal dinner? I attend all rehearsals free of charge. Recording of the dinner is at cost however..
