Questions & Answers
What is your event cancellation policy? The policy is fairly simple. You would pay a percentage of the package agreed to (25%), and you would pay any additional fees for cancellations of vendors and venues. .
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? If you are not satisfied, all of your money is refunded. .
What are your standard payment terms? The payment terms depend on the package. If you choose a smaller package, the payment could be due up to 100% upfront. For example if all you would like is availablities and rates for vendors, that would be maybe a 2 week service. That would be 50% for the research and 50% when given the list. If you wanted the entire service package, then you would pay 25% upfront and make payments monthly through your event date. .
Can you assist with travel plans for out of town guests? Our honeymoon plans? I do have packages that include travel plans for the guests as well as honeymoon plans. .
Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? I have package prices because everyones needs and budgets are different. Not every bride needs the same thing. .
