• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? Cancellation: If you have to postpone we simply look at where to reschedule the event. All payments are non-refundable. Satisfaction: I have never had that problem. I determine what you are looking for, mesh it with what I provide, and make sure to deliver. .

• What type of equipment do you use? What special feature (lighting, etc) can you provide? I am all about the music sounding great, and do not provide a light show of any kind. My ability as MC / HOST and MUSIC PROVIDER etc. easily exceeds any light show..

• We want to meet and talk to the DJ that will be at our wedding reception, is that a problem? I'm always glad to visit with my couples. Most of the time it is email or phone, because my couples come from all over the country to the Gulf Coast for their weddings and cannot usually make a trip for planning. Even if they do make a planning trip, I still may be working events when they are in town, but always try. FACETIME with our IPHONE has worked too..

• How many weddings do you perform each year? I am also an Officiant so I am very busy..

• Do you bring backup equipment to the event? Do you have backup djs in case of sickness? I bring enough equipment for more than one set up, so yes I have back up equipment on hand. I would certainly arrange for a substitute in the event of an emergency, though have never had to do so..
