What is your event cancellation policy? Cancel 14 days prior to your ceremony and the deposit is non-refundable. Inside the 14 day window full payment is required. If you are cancelling but still want to get married, I will do so for you up to 90 days after your ceremony date, if you are paid in full..
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? Hard to answer this question only two couples have ever cancelled, one due to the death of the groom the other decided to get married two weeks later. .
