Questions & Answers
Which type of flowers do you recommend for winter weddings? spring? summer? fall? mOst flowers are available all-year as a result of amazingly fast international shipping and growing methods. Some flowers that are specific to a season are more expensive out-of-season though.. I try to offer alternatives to out-of season flowers that will give the desired look. .
What is your event cancellation policy? 10% deposit is received to hold the date. IN the event of cancellation on the part of the wedding party, the 10% is not refundable (but any other payments are). .
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? I (knock on wood) have not had any customer satisfaction issues.. but will do everything in my power to make certain that complete satisfaction is the final result. My reputation and passion are tied into every wedding, and I would not want anyhihng less than full satisfaction..
What are your standard payment terms? 10% to hold date. 50% 6-weeks prior. Final payment 2-weeks prior. Changes can be made up until 2-weeks prior.
What makes you different from other local floral designers? Why should someone hire you? I care. I think of my own wedding and want every girl to have the most perfect wedding also.. and I truly love to find what makes HER special.. and what will reflect HER special style... and I work hard to make that happen..
