We are a full service event planning company. We can handle events large and small. From weddings to birthdays to reunions and anything in between. We offer a full line of bridal products, floral design, decorations packages, planning packages, etc. .
Questions & Answers
Can you assist with travel plans for out of town guests? Our honeymoon plans? Yes, I can assist with both of these .
Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? I charge a flat rate on most of my packages but do go to the percent for the larger packages..
What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? I work hard to make sure there are no snags in your event. I keep everything running on time and you calm in the process. To us it is our honor to be a part of your day and we treat you like a queen/king..
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? This depends our availiablity is changing daily so that is up to you. Always the earlier you book the better you are but you can book as late as a month before. We do offer specials for those that book well in advance.
What are your standard payment terms? I am pretty flexible on this as far as down payments, payment plans etc. I try not to create a hard ship on anyone. I must however have everything paid in full the week before the wedding..
