• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? While we have on occasion had clients call on Wednesday to book a wedding on Saturday, this is risky business if you want to catch us unbooked. There are a number of other videographers in the greater Detroit area who will deliver same exceptional quality that we deliver. If you call us and we are booked we can help you find one offering the services you need. However, we distinguish ourselves in that your day is important to us to the extent that you will see it. We try to learn about you and what is "memorial" about you. That is, where will the memories of your day lie. We will counsel you on how to speak your vows, how to interact at the altar for comfort while you are nervous, and other aspects of a wedding ceremony. • What is your event cancellation policy? Our deposit to book your magic day is non-refundable..

• Will you attend the rehearsal? the rehearsal dinner? Attending your rehearsal is a must-do if at all possible for us although it is not a time to capture memories. This is where we identify issues and define solutions critical to the success of your video. For an additional fee we can attend your rehearsal dinner to capture memories..
