What are your standard payment terms? Full payment is due upon delivery by check, money order, or cash..
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? Initially, you'll meet with me to create your cookie design. Then, I will make a small batch of your cookies, for your approval. This is the time for you to approve or cancel your order. Once the order is approved, baked, and delivered as requested, there are no refunds available. I'm not worried - I have mostly repeat customers!.
What is your event cancellation policy? If you are going to cancel your cookie order, please provide 10 days notice..
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? Let me know at least two weeks before your wedding - but I am actually beginning to book up 2 months in advance!.
