What are your standard payment terms? This varies based on the services contracted. For coordination an agreed upon deposit with final payment 14-30 days in advance. For our All Inclusive Packages it is usually the site fee plus $1200.00 for the package. (this varies venue to venue) Typical example: Site fee + $1200.00 at time of booking 50% of estimated total 90 days in advance Paid in full 30 days prior to event. Being privately owned and operated we can sometimes make exceptions and other arrangements..
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? In all honesty since we have never had a customer satisfaction cancellation, we do not have a policy. In all the years we have been providing our services it has never even been a consideration of one of our clients. .
What is your event cancellation policy? Cancellation policies will vary from venue to venue, and or the type of service you book with An All Inclusive Event. This will be reviewed with you at the time of your NO obligation consultation..
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? Depending on the services that you require it will vary. For coordination only, we can usually assist with very little notice. For all inclusive packages at the venues that we represent, you should consider securing your date at least one year in advance or more for the more popular locations and preferred dates. We have successfully planned weddings for large event in as little as 30 days and as far out as about two years..
What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? Event planning, design, coordination and catering is not just a hobby or a way to supplement income.
