How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? We recommend booking a band a minimum of one year in advance of your engagement as it is often difficult to secure "in-demand" engagement dates for popular events in a time-frame less than this. .

What are your standard payment terms? Remedy requires a 20% deposit and signed contract to secure the date. Final payment is due two weeks prior to the engagement..
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? Remedy does not have a customer satisfaction cancellation policy. However, we also have never had a dissatisfied customer!.
What is your event cancellation policy? Remedy deposits are non-refundable. For dates cancelled within a month of performance, 50% of the agreed upon fee is due.
