As a Wedding Planner my purpose is to bring your love story to life.  By incorporating your personalities, styles and favorite things your wedding will be inspired by you.  Since I have everything under control, this entire process, I add value to your experience.  All of the hard work gives you an extra boost of confidence.  So on your wedding day, you have the opportunity to enjoy every minute of your celebration.  Your spirit will be calm and you can own your day; knowing every detail will be seamlessly executed by me.

  • What are your standard payment terms? At the signing of our contract, a reasonable retainer payment is required to secure your wedding weekend. The remaining balance is then divided into monthly or quarterly payments throughout the course of your wedding. This will also be discussed during our telephone meeting..

  • Do you employ other people to help you plan events? How much extra for additional staff? Yes. Even though I will always be the Lead Wedding Planner assigned to your day, I also have dedicated Coordination Assistants. The number of staff that will assist with your wedding will be dependent on a few things such as total guest count, the set-up/break-down included or if there is more than one location. During our telephone meeting this will be discussed. Since we charge a flat fee for our services the price for staff will already be included..

  • Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? I charge a flat rate because this is the most convenient for you and for my business. When planning a wedding, the couples I typically work with would like to know their entire fee, upfront. By charging a flat rate there is no uncertainty..

  • Can you assist with travel plans for out of town guests? Our honeymoon plans? Yes. I can assist out-of-town guests with transportation, hotel arrangements, activities and restaurants during their entire stay. If your guests need anything during your wedding weekend, they can also contact me directly. For your honeymoon, I have access to local travel agents that would be happy to assist you. As we get closer to your wedding date I will finalize and confirm all of your arrangements..

  • Do you charge for an initial meeting? If so, is this amount credited should we hire you? Absolutely not. I actually have two consultations so that we both can get a feel for one another. After all, we will have the most contact with one another (out of all of your vendors) throughout your planning. So the first is via telephone and the second is in-person..
