What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? We require a 50% deposit, up to $500, in order to securet the date. The balance is due during the event. We accept cash and checks, credit card (via Google checkout), and Paypal..
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? We offer a full refund of your deposit should you need to cancel if you do so at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled event date. After that, we refund 50% of your deposit as it is difficult to reschedule the date on such short norice..
