• What are your standard payment terms? I give a 10% discount on all packages paid in full at the time of booking. Or, I offer to split the total into 4 payments of 25%...the first 25% being due at the time of booking as a deposit..

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? You can hire a wedding coordinator whenever you're ready to begin your wedding plans. I have worked with couples who hired me a year and a half in advance...and I have worked with couples who hired me 1 month in advance. I always suggest, the more time you have with your wedding planner, the better....but it's really up to the couple as to when they're ready to begin..

• What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? I do what I do because I love it. It's not "work" to me, it's having fun! I enjoy working with brides and seeing their faces light up when I show them a design that fits what they wanted perfectly!.

• What is your event cancellation policy? My contract has specific sections regarding cancellations. Cancellations with refunds are permitted when submitted in writing prior to 30 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the event..

• When developing our wedding/event budget, how do you personalize this experience to our needs? I have a detailed worksheet that I utilize when creating a budget analysis for each couple. Based on the dollar amount the couple is able to spend on the wedding, I split that up in to percentages for each aspect of the wedding. It may sound a bit complicated, but it's very simple when you see the finalized budget..
